CHILLERS

Use:

• plastic materials industry - industrial processes that generate the heat (e.g. injection moulding)
• brewery industry (e.g. fermentor, leżakownia cooling)

Our company produce and install chillers.
Those devices are used to cool all the industrial processes that generate the heat energy. The energy may be taken away be the cooling liquid, that circulates in closed cycle. Often used cooling liquids: water and glycol solution. Our company based the chillers’ production on hermetic and half-hermetic tłokowe or śrubowe compressors. Dense construction helps to put them up even in a small engine room or right beside the device that is being cooled. The heat energy from the chiller is transferred by the condenser that is placed outside the building.

Advantages of the usage:

• closed cycle of the cooling liquid
• constant temperature of the industrial process
• repeatability of the technological process regardless of the ambient temperature
• possibility to get a “free” energy from the atmosphere (“free-cooling”)
• possibility to use a dual cooling system, which in case of a breakdown enables to continue the industrial process.
