Our newest gas tight doors are considered to be state of the art by the market. Gas tight doors are an indispensable element of controlled atmosphere fruit and vegetable store rooms. Following years of experience we've introduced a series of structural changes, thanks to which the doors manufactured today are highly appreciated by farmers and in terms of quality are amongst the European leaders. Doors are manufactured using composite panels with a styrofoam or polyurethane core. The door wing is framed using a specially designed profile and clamped to the door frame in four or six places. One hundred per cent tightness is ensured due to the sue of a unique inflatable seal, which is particularly difficult for uneven wall surfaces. The bottom seal is made using abrasion resistant rubber. This guarantees long lifetime at complete tightness.

Inside the door wing there is a double glazed inspection window, with a key lock. Two ball valves are installed next to the window. One with a diameter of 1″ for feeding nitrogen or air and the second - ⅜″ for making measurements. The doors may be mounted both on a brick as well as panel walls. They are delivered to site together with the door frame and all fittings.
